Soft Stripes and Sparkling Sequins

Another happy combination! Madewell nailed this look perfectly by pairing a classic, “wear-it-everywhere essential” with their Nightbeem Shimmer Shorts. This trend has been popping up everywhere from the runway to the streets, and it’s not limited to just a top and short combination. Dresses and scarves, skirts and socks- you name it, and it can be done. I’m personally dying to try pairing an oversized striped top with the J. Crew sequined skirt (previously seen here). While I’m still on the quest to find that perfect top (currently loving this, but let me know if you have any suggestions!), you better believe the skirt has made it’s way to the top of my Christmas list.
